Molly Tarlov, an American actress who has been starring in Awkward since the year 2011, is best known as Sadie Saxton. Tarlov was the first of two daughters, born and raised by her grandparents in Manhattan. In the Little Red School House performance of Bye Bye Birdie she played the character as Mrs. Peterson. She was an extremely popular actor among students in the seventh grade. The actress studied at Paris in the prestigious NYU Tisch, and took part in summer camps during her teen years studying Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College awarded her a Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre. She studied a variety different styles of acting. Additionally, she studied with The Atlantic Theater Company and was able to incorporate writing into her performance in The LAByrinth Theater Master class. Molly changed her dark winter coat for a pair of glasses in black, and then set off for Los Angeles. Within a few days she was offered a tiny role on iCarly which attracted lots of attention from her family. Molly has since appeared on a variety of television series and portrayed Caitlin as the lead character in Winnie as well as Savannah Dooley's ABC Family series Huge. Molly believes she's good at basketball even though she isn't. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
