April Lockhart is a born on July 4, 1995. In the seventh grade she began taking piano and guitar lessons. This ignited her passion for music writing. April Lockhart wrote her first track, Different at the age twelve years old. In her 14th year April spent a lot of her day singing and writing songs. She started writing songs alongside her father at home in NY and LA soon after. April also began incorporating additional relevant subjects into the Take my Hand song for some friends, such as peer-pressure disabilities and teen suicide. Lockhart collaborates with popular Clean Beauty brand Ilia and is also a lifestyle influencer with a huge following of her own. Her birth was without a left hand.
