Dwayne was the founding pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he was ordained in 2007. He is a board member of the Acts 29 Network and he acts as the director of Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne, in addition to being a pastor, is also passionate about training up the next generation. He is a part on the Board for the Biblical Counseling Alliance. He is the author of numerous articles on the internet and a contributor to Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Redefining Lives with God's Changeless Truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars).
